All Blind Children of Texas 20 Year Celebration Fundraiser
Event Location: The Historic Paggi House
To celebrate its 20-year anniversary, All Blind Children of Texas (ABCTX) hosted a fundraising event bringing together board members, donors, and community partners to recognize two decades of impact and support the organization’s future work.

Working closely with the ABCTX board of directors, Light Station helped plan and produce the celebration, shaping the event experience from early planning through execution on the night of the fundraiser.

Role and Process
In collaboration with ABCTX leadership, Light Station helped develop the structure and presentation of the event, including:
• coordinating venue selection and logistics
• planning the event program and show flow
• designing promotional materials
• acquiring and managing silent auction items
• organizing event promotion and communications
• filming and photographing the evening
• show running the event to ensure a smooth program
The goal was to create a warm and engaging environment that celebrated the organization’s history while encouraging community support for its mission.

Outcome
The event brought together supporters of ABCTX and successfully raised over $8,000 in donations to support the organization’s programs for children who are blind or visually impaired.
The fundraiser was part of an ongoing creative collaboration with ABCTX that included brand development, digital presence, and storytelling initiatives.
